Net Access Internet India Pvt. Ltd. ("Net Access", "we", "us") provides broadband and internet leased line services in Pune under a Category B Internet Service Provider licence issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and services, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information we collect

• New connection requests (Apply Now form): your name, mobile number and area / location.
• Contact and support requests: your name, mobile number and the message you send us.
• Online recharge and payments: your username or registered mobile number, plan and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on our payment partner's secure page (Easebuzz). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Customer verification (KYC): when you take a connection, we collect identity and address proof and a photograph, as required by DoT licence conditions.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.

2. How we use your information

• To call you back and set up a new connection you asked for.
• To provide, bill and support your internet service, and to send renewal and service messages.
• To process recharges and payments.
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements under our DoT licence and Indian law.
• To understand how visitors use our website and to improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

• Service partners who help us run our business, such as our payment gateway, customer management (CRM), email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Government and law enforcement agencies, when required by law or by our DoT licence conditions.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Subscriber and usage records are kept for the period required by DoT licence conditions and applicable law. Enquiry details from people who do not take a connection are deleted when no longer needed.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limited staff access, to protect your information from loss and misuse.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. You can also withdraw your consent for marketing messages at any time.
